Terms of Service

Norigen provides a software platform that automatically collects and structures software development evidence from connected tools (version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, ticketing systems) and maps it to regulatory frameworks including DORA and ISO 27001. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@norigen.dev if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the services without our written consent.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the integrity or performance of the services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the services or related systems.

All rights, title, and interest in the Norigen platform, including all software, documentation, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Norigen AB. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform. You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to the platform.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the services you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Subscription fees are agreed in your order form or subscription agreement. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Norigen reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your subscription. Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not remedied within 30 days of written notice. Norigen may suspend access immediately for violation of Section 4. Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Norigen does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Norigen's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Norigen be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, as the court of first instance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
